Prospective authors of technical contributed papers are requested to submit up to 6 pages on double column IEEE format (www.ieee.org) and follow the IEEE PDF requirements for creating PDF documents for the IEEE Explore. 

Two versions of the paper are required for submission (with and without authors' names). For detailed format information, please visit the conference website.

The size of the paper shouldn't exceed 14MB.
